    Air Force Aid Society assistance now available to Reservists in all statuses

    The Air Force Aid Society is now providing emergency assistance to all Airmen and Guardians, regardless of duty status. Before the change in policy took effect on May 6, only Reservists or Guardsmen on an active-duty status were eligible for AFAS emergency assistance.
