Master Sgt. Christopher Richardson, fire protection chief for the 934th Civil Engineering Squadron explains the capabilities of the Airport Rescue Fire Fighting (ARFF) vehicle at the Minneapolis-St. Paul Air Reserve Station, MN on Dec. 3, 2017.
