Catie Lammers, an air transportation specialist with the 27th Aerial Port on Minneapolis-St. Paul Air Reserve Station, Minn. records the weight of the inner wheel on a vehicle being shipped to Nicaragua at Volk Field, Wis. Sep. 5, 2017. Recording the weights of all tires coming in contact with the aircraft floor helps determine the vehicles center-of-balance which must be determined before the weight and balance of a loaded aircraft can be computed.
