Senior Airman Sarah Overlin and Senior Airman Racheal Semanko, services specialists with the 934th Force Support Squadron working at the Dining Facility at Minneapolis-St. Paul Air Reserve Station, Mn., check the temperature of packaged food items being cooked during the 2017 Hennessy competition. The temperature is closely monitored during the cooking process to ensure food items are thoroughly cooked and safe for consumption.
