Senior Airman Paige Tranah, and Senior Airman Sarah Overlin, services specialists with the 934th Force Support Squadron working at the Dining Facility at Minneapolis-St. Paul Air Reserve Station, Mn., inspect packaged food items prior to preparing and serving them during the 2017 Hennessy competition. The food items must meet stringent guidelines in order to ensure the food is fresh and the expiration date has not been exceeded.
