C-130 H3 Arrives

MINNAPOLIS-ST. PAUL AIR RESERVE STATION, MINN -- A C-130 (H3 model) from the 914th Airlift Wing at Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, N.Y. taxis in behind one of the 934th Airlift Wing?s H2 models here May 20. The plane?s arrival is part of the Base Realignment and Closure plan to switch the 934th AW?s H2 models of the C-130 Hercules for the New York unit?s H3 models in an effort to streamline both units? operations with their Air National Guard counterparts.
