C-130 H3 arrives
MINNAPOLIS-ST. PAUL AIR RESERVE STATION, MINN -- A C-130 (H3 model) from the 914th Airlift Wing at Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, N.Y. which arrived here May 20, will soon get a facelift as the numbers emblazoned on its nose will be changed to 934 AW, the brand of its new home. The change is part of the Base Realignment and Closure plan to switch the 934th AW?s H2 models of the C-130 Hercules for the New York unit?s H3 models in an effort to streamline both units? operations with their Air National Guard counterparts.
