Tech. Sgt. Julie Schwebke is commissioned a 1st Lieutenant as she is given the oath by her father, Maj. Gordon Wix, both members of the 934th Airlift Wing. The new lieutenant has nine years of service and her father, who was also prior enlisted, has more than 23.
