myTraining launch topic of latest "The Air Force Starts Here" podcast

JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-RANDOLPH, Texas – The Air Force’s new enterprise-wide "myTraining" solution that provides the capability to manage the training lifecycle for total-force personnel to enhance productivity, efficiency, and mission effectiveness to include upward reporting to other services for joint mission accomplishment is spotlighted on the latest “The Air Force Starts Here” podcast, released June 9, 2022.

2nd Lt. Gaby Gocso from the Air Education and Training Command public affairs office sits down with Mr. Floyd McKinney, chief of the AETC Learning Services Division, as well as Mr. Demetrius Stewart, AETC myTaining program manager, to discuss myTraining - “powered by myLearning.”

McKinney and Stewart talk about how myTraining will impact Airmen and their supervisors, how the system works, the timeline for implementation, and much more.
