934th AW hosts first Take Your Child to Work Day

Minneapolis-St. Paul -- The 934th Airlift Wing hosted its first "Take Your Child To Work Day" program today in conjunction with the National Take Your Son/Daughter To Work Day April 22 and the Year of the Air Force Family.

More than 30 children and parents attended the base's first event designed to introduce children of U.S. Air Force Reserve employees to what happens on base at the Minneapolis-St. Paul Air Reserve Station. The event activities were available to children ages 5 through 17 and gave them a chance to see a C-130 Hercules aircraft up close, take a tour of the Air National Guard Museum and spend time learning what their parents do at the unit.
