I always have people in my life, personal or professional who constantly push me to do more and what is right. Find people who have high expectations, surround yourself with them and you will always remain at the top. " What do you do in your spare time? "In good weather ride my bike on the lakefront in Chicago. Spend time at two VA facilities in the Chicago area helping out. ."
