MINNEAPOLIS-ST PAUL AIR RESERVE STATION, MINN. -- Members of the 934th Airlift Wing begin the first phase of processing for deployment to the Combat Readiness Training Center, Gulfport, Miss., as part of the Readiness Assistance Visit, April 21-28.

Members of the 934 AW, along with members of the 514th Air Mobility Wing and 87th Air Base Wing joined forces to form a simulated unit and deploy to the CRTC for operational and war-skills training in a simulated hostile environment.

Units will be better prepared for an additional exercise in October and the final evaluation, the operational readiness inspection, in 2013.
