During the September UTA, the 934th Aeromedical Staging Squadron conducted a mass casualty exercise simulating an explosion in the field. The exercise provided training that is required annually for Self Aid and Buddy Care and training requirements specific for doctors, nurses and medical technicians. After SABC initial treatment, patients were transported and loaded on to a C-130 where they were cared for by ASTS members. Serving as patients in the exercise were members of the 934th Development and Training Flight.
