The 934th Airlift Wing, home of the Global Vikings, is located at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Air Reserve Station on the north side of the MSP Airport.
The Air Force Reserve's airport presence dates back to 1948, and we have flown the F-51, F-80, C-119, and currently the C-130. We have eight assigned C-130 H3 Hercules transport aircraft, which facilitate the wing's mission of providing worldwide deployment of people, cargo, and services to support the mission of the United States Air Force.
